The certificat d’habitabilitat emès pel technical corresponent.

If there are no antecedents to serveis competents of the Secretary of Habitat on the legalitat and antiquity of the habitat for which the identity card is requested, to prove that the request is a reference to a habitatge , he will present the following documents:

  • Copy of the first registration of work nova (photocopy of the Land Registry book)

If the first registration is after 1984:

  • Photocopy of the municipal license of works
  • Photocopy of the first occupation license or application for registration registered by the council
  • Original of the final certificate of work *
  • If the construction of the habitat is after January 1, 1989: Original certificate of compliance for the quality control program *

* In case of not being able to provide these documents, it is possible to present a CERTIFICAT from the Col·legi d’Arquitectes or the Col·legi d’Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers de l’Edificació, indicating the date of the visit d’aquests documents.
