PROJECT DETAILS
It is a house of high energy efficiency built with prefabricated reinforced concrete panels on a sloping plot, located in the highest area of an urbanization in the Maresme region. The prefabricated panels have the insulation built into the core, the bindings between the two panels that make up the sandwich have a specific design to break the usual thermal bridge in the concrete sandwich panels.
The strong concrete facades and the floors and windows make this house a solid fortress on the outside and cozy and transparent on the inside.
The staggering of the house causes the views to be gradually presented as we descend. A small opening in the staircase on the ground floor and large windows in the living room allow us to enjoy the scenery inside the house.
