Is it mandatory?
Since the entry into force of the new ITE Decree (Decree 67/2015) establishes the obligation to have the Building book for existing buildings, not only for new buildings.
What should the building book contain?
The documentation that this required document must include is, as specified in article 22 of the Decree:
- Instructions or recommendations for use and maintenance of the building and its facilities
- The document archive
- The incident log
When is it mandatory to have the building book?
